The Environment and Community Development Association (ECoDAs) Cameroon

ECoDAs Cameroon is a registered field-based NGO which strives to improve the lives of rural people in Cameroon by developing sustainable livelihoods options that respect both people and nature, restoring forests to preserve wildlife and mitigate climate change through agroforestry and reforestation, and empowering local and indigenous communities to be forest guardians through conservation education, training, and capacity building. ECoDAs Cameroon also collaborates with communities and the government to develop conservation plans that protect endangered species and their habitat and benefit local people.
